The shop’s rule since it opened: you hear the price and the reason before any repair starts. That means the diagnosis is done properly (on the scan tool, on the lift, on a road test) rather than by swapping parts until the symptom goes away. It is slower on paper and cheaper in practice.
Every technician is ASE Master Certified, and the shop invests in current computer diagnostics because a 2026 car is as much software as steel. You will be told what was found in plain language (in English, Spanish or French) and what can wait.
